The Conference center is located on the ground floor of the Church Palace Hotel and is accessible both from the hotel and from the front garden.

All Conference Sessions will be held in the Auditorium which seats up to 550 attendees.

Coffee breaks and lunches will be held in the area outside the Auditorium and in the front garden. The weather in Rome is usually very mild at this time of the year, encouraging people to enjoy the open air.

But Poster sessions should not be forgotten. They will be held every day during lunch time and coffe break in the areas outside the Auditorium and in the Gallery (see plan below). Posters will be presented electronically on screens. Attendees may scroll and search posters any time during the day even if a poster session is not on. Posters will be made available also through the Congress App.
