REGISTRATION

The Conference welcomes the attendance of physicians, researchers, students and industry representatives.

As the Conference is accredited for Continuing Medical Education, industry representatives with a marketing and sales role are not entitled to enter the CME sessions but can attend Satellite Symposia, Satellite Lectures and Poster sessions. Relay screens are available in the lounge areas.

Corporate medical and R&D staff may attend all sessions.

To encourage a balanced attendance of physicians, independent researchers and company representatives, different registration types and rates are presented and all-inclusive packages introduced.

A daily access has also been introduced. Please note, however, that CME accreditation requires attendance to all three days of Scientific Sessions.

You may pay by credit card, paypal account or bank transfer by the deadlines stated below.

ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS (from 8th September 2017) are subject to an extra fee of €50.

All registrations entitle for:

  • Attendance to all Scientific Sessions, Satellite Symposia and Lectures, Poster Sessions;
  • Congress kit;
  • European and Italian CME accreditation;
  • Attendance Certificate;
  • Lunches and coffee breaks as per Conference programme;
  • Abstract book.

COMPLETE PACKAGE registrations for physicians include also:

  • Welcome reception on 14th September at Congress Venue;
  • Congress dinner on 15th September (including transport and access ticket);
  • Arrivederci dinner on 17th September (including transport and access ticket).

CANCELLATION OF PRE-REGISTRATION

Pre-registered users can cancel their registration any time until 31st May 2017. A refund fee of 6% will be retained for accounting and banking costs.

Registrations received from 1st June 2017 will not be refunded.

Name Change is free until 30th August 2017 (2 weeks before event).

GROUPS PREFERENTIAL PATHWAY

The online pre-registration system allows for one registration at a time with one email address per user. If you wish to register a group, please download this excel file, complete it with your guests details and preferences and send it to the Organising Secretariat. A recap of the registration and services can be sent to each guest by the Organising Secretariat with updated information. Please note that a fee of 16% is mandatory for group registration and bookings.

The Organising Secretariat can assign a dedicated person of its team to deal with each sponsor’s group from registration to on-site assistance.
