The 11th BIC International Conference will take place in Venice, Italy. The selected Conference venue is Scuola Grande di San Marco at Ospedale SS. Giovanni Paolo (Campo dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo, 6777).

TRANSPORT

The Conference venue (Ospedale SS. Giovanni e Paolo) can be reached on foot in ten minutes from Rialto, or by ACTV boat lines 4.1/4.2, 5.1/5.2 or by the Alilaguna B line.

The Conference venue is also within ten minutes walk from the main Conference hotel (Starhotels Splendid). The “H” hospital road signs will help you find the easiest way to reach the Conference venue.

LANGUAGE

English is the official language of the Conference. No translation services will be available during the event.

TRAVEL GRANTS

The 11th BIC International Conference welcomes support for travel grants dedicated to young investigators from faraway countries. Application forms and requirements to be published as soon as support from sponsors is granted.

RECORDING OF SESSIONS

To ensure that speakers will present their most recent research, the conference organizers are committed to strictly forbid any recording, photographs or filming of the scientific sessions unless prior permission has been obtained.
