You may cancel your booking by writing to event@smc-media.com. For bookings cancelled by 30th June 2025, no penalties are due. Cancellations received after this date are subject to the following charges:
Until 30/06/2025: 6% administrative/banking fee
01/07/2025 to 31/07/2025: 50% cancellation fee
From 01/08/2025: 100% cancellation fee
