Make sure you proceed shortly with the payment to secure your registration. Online payments are preferrable.
Name change is always possible. After 30th June, 2023, name change is subject to € 25 adjustment fee (+ 22% VAT).
You may request a name change or cancel your registration by writing to event@smc-media.com.
For registrations cancelled by 30th June 2023, no penalties are due, except for a 6% banking fee.
Cancellations received after 30th June, 2023 are subject to 100% cancellation fee.
