You may cancel your booking by writing to event@smc-media.com. For bookings cancelled by 30th June 2023, no penalties are due. Cancellations received after this date are subject to the following charges:

Until 30/06/2023: 6% administrative/banking fee

01/07/2023 to 31/07/2023: 50% cancellation fee

From 01/08/2023: 100% cancellation fee
