ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Abstracts may be submitted in English only electronically through our web platform.

You can start and submit your abstract without being registered for the Conference.

In case of doubts about encore abstracts, please do get in touch

The length of the abstract must not exceed 300 words.

The title must not exceed 200 characters (including spaces) or approximately 20 words.

Submitted abstracts must be structured into: Background/Aims, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions.

When submitting your abstract, you may upload in the system also one Table and/or Figure.

Figures should be submitted as .jpg files with a resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch).

Please enter all authors in the order they should appear in the heading of the abstract. Specify all authors’ full names and affiliations and avoid including degree acronyms (i.e., BS, MS, PhD, etc) or credentials (CSCS, etc). Affiliations should be in English and must include Department, Institute, Town, Country.
Example: John Smith, Department of Internal Medicine, University of Milan, Milan, Italy

Abstracts can be edited or deleted until you are ready to submit them. Carefully check your abstract. Make sure all special characters and formatting are displaying properly in your proof. Once they are submitted, no further changes will be possible. Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the stated e-mail address.

Abstracts will be subjected to the peer review process. All accepted abstracts are to be published online and in print in as a Supplement of an international indexed journal as a PDF and will be made available for download from the Conference website*

Abstracts selected for the Oral Communications and the Poster sessions will have to be presented by one of the actual authors. Presenting authors can be designated once notified of the Abstract acceptance.

The presenting author must be registered for the Conference at the time of the congress to present his/her work.

* For the purposes of the Conference organisation, authors are asked to transfer copyright to the Organisers and to the Journal upon submission.
