SIENA

For centuries, Siena has been a place where knowledge, culture and care have lived together.

It is also a city with a strong sense of community. Its Contrade are more than historic neighbourhoods: they are living communities, each with its own identity, traditions and stories, but all part of the same city. This sense of belonging is one of the things that makes Siena unique.

In September 2027, Siena will bring together a global community of clinicians, researchers, patients and healthcare professionals for the 14th edition of the BIC International Conference — a meeting dedicated to sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas and working towards better care through science.

where SCIENCE meets CARE

The congress venue is currently planned to be the San Francesco University Complex, part of the University of Siena. Located in the heart of the city, this historic complex combines centuries of history with a living environment dedicated to learning, research and exchange.

It will be a fitting setting for a conference bringing together people from around the world to share knowledge and look towards the future of haemophilia care.
